Learn how to celebrate Mardi Gras from a master! Poppy Tooker, radio host, TV personality and cooking teacher will share everything you need to know to revel in place this year for Carnival 2021. During the 1 ½ hour long session, we’ll mix up a classic Milk Punch, prepare Andouille in Creole Mustard Cream Sauce, Dirty Boy sandwiches (an amazing version of a poor boy), Hot Rice Calas and of course, King Cake will be involved!

When you register, we’ll send complete recipes so you can cook along or just party with us in true, New Orleans style.
